The village of Lowell consists of numerous clubs and churches. Just to name a few: VFW, Home Makers, Rod & Gun, Lions, Trackmaster, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc...
Our village library is very state of the art. We have a T1 internet connection for research and are linked to many other libraries; so if we don't have it, we can get it.
