President Straseske called the October meeting to order. The following trustees were present: Sandy Priewe, Ken Gibbs, Chet Caine and Sal Okon..
Motion was made by Ken Gibbs/Sandy Priewe to adopt the agenda and move out of order if necessary to attend to business. Motion carried.
Chief Gempeler gave the Police report. For the month of September the department worked a total of 77.25 hours. Complaints were motorcycles with loud exhaust and someone placed a lock on gate at boat landing. Traffic issues addressed for the month were gave two warning for speeding and issued three citations for speeding and two overnight parking tickets were issued. Miscellaneous items for the month provided mutual aid to Reeseville, had resident cut back tree growth that was partially blocking view of road, notified village resident to remove garbage from yard, contacted electric company in reference to low hanging wire and report of a homeless individual walking around.
Chief Pasewald gave the fire report. There were two calls for mutual aid. He stated that we needed to make a decision on the narrow band siren. There are problems with the company doing repairs on the tanker. It has been gone for nine weeks already. Call Atty Neuberger about this.
Halloween hours were set for Sunday October 30 between 4 and 6.

October Meeting November Meeting
President Straseske called the November meeting to order. The following trustees were present: Sandy Priewe, Maria Burrow and Chet Caine .
Motion by Sandy Priewe/Chet Caine to adopt the agenda and move out of order if necessary. Motion carried.
Three Village residents attended the meeting to discuss the littering and disorderly conduct tickets that were issued. Another resident complained that she thought her taxes were being figured wrong. The board listened to their concerns and replied that they would discuss the items at a special meeting.
Chief Gempeler gave the police report. The complaints for the month were littering and a stray dog. There were two warnings for speeding and assisted a motorist with mechanical problems. Miscellaneous items were issued three tickets for littering and one for disorderly conduct. There was also a report of a suspicious person (possibly homeless).
Chief Pasewald gave the fire report. The department was called to one grass fire. The two new furnaces have been installed. The tanker repair has been complete. The cost of new siren or upgrade of old one must be put in budget for 2012.`
Maria Burrow gave the library report. She stated that the Xmas entertainment has been hired and the reading program was well received.
