| General News From the Village Council: The Village of Lowell Board Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month beginning at 6:00pm. The first 15 minutes are for public in-put. All Village residents are encouraged to attend. If you have an issue to discuss with the board, please call the Village Clerk ahead of time for a request to be put on the agenda for consideration. All Board minutes are not official until approved at the following months meeting. |
